Appearance: Moi appears to most as a rather short human, being three foot at most. They have short hazel hair, often messed up and curled around their pointy ears. They have a set of wings on their back, decorated with with a circle near the tip of the wing with a line going through it. There's some scars on their arms- left over from the curse. They usually wear a small jacket nowadays, meant to cover up their wings. They bring around a bag filled with notes and chalk as well, along with their dagger they definitely didn't steal from their group. Not that they noticed, anyways.
Bio: Melody was a well known fairy in their clan, the grandchild of the renowned magician- their grandmother. After their grandmother passed, they sought out a way to talk to her. They ended up seeking out Rusag, a witch who commonly spoke with spirits. She however refused to grant access to the spell. Angered, Mel stole the spell book and ran off with it, resulting in them being cursed by Rusag to be a "Vine"- her term for people she cursed to be plantlike, often ending up serving as her 'army'. Mel became a reed, left there for years, missing the events of the war of the Night and the Light spirit.
After years passed, Rusag's descendant, Kone, was practicing her magic near the area where Mel laid. Her magic ended up flying onto Mel, activating it and transforming Mel into a reed-like appearance, with no memory of who they were.
They stayed with Kone and her mother for a while before setting off, trying to find others like them. In their adventures, they chose the name "Moi"- they felt it suited them, even though they heard the word from a lady nearby.
They ended up tagging along with a group set to go to Dragontooth. At some point, they believed one of the group members to be dying- causing their memories to appear and uncover, which broke the curse.
After the events of the Final Battle, Moi ended up working for Warren and Mark, members of the Hunter's group. They often hung around and gathered information, trying to find out what happened in the years they missed. They also tried to piece the events that they couldn't remeber, making it a habit to write down anything they suddenly remembered from their adventures in Dragontooth. They ended up leaving the group however, seeking out more information from far areas. They always visited every month, regardless of any events transpiring.
