This ends: December 1st! [center][b]Rules: To enter, submit a skin design. Each user is allowed ONE skin design and ONE accent deisgn. (Entries will be counted on a spreadsheet) Entries must be your own creation (Submit your own art. No copyrighted characters). The use of texture is discouraged. Entries must be unique and may not be reprints or edits of custom skin items. An accent may cover 1%-30% and skins can cover up to the whole thing! Skins must maintain an intact shadow and line art layer that are darker than the colors they sit on top of. Do not erase into either of these layers. Do not make them so light that they do not appear distinctly darker than the colors that they rest on top of. Remember that skins and accents may not cover up line art or extend beyond the silhouette of the dragon. There Is An Entry Fee Of 5kt/g to @li3los . Before you send payment, please comment your skin idea on the thread! Format: 350x350 png (png24) Anything else will be denied. You can include a large version/Previews on dragons, but the 350x350 format must be included.
