Rules... ::

• There is a quota that we must reach in order for me to draw a winner. That quota is 80,000 gems.
• All payment will be returned should we not reach the Quota by the time the raffle is supposed to end.

• • However, if we're close to the Quota (~11kg away), I will Extend The Raffle by 15 days.
• • Should we still not have reached the quota, I will refund all payment.

• Quota has been met! You have until August 31st 00:00 FR to finish claiming Free-Tickets and purchase any last-minute tickets!
• I will be limiting how many tickets any single user can buy. At this time, you can only purchase up to ~~100~~ ~~200~~ 250 tickets.
• You may buy the max amount of tickets at once or over time.
• Proof of the Cloudy Wings is on Nameless, the dragon linked above in the first post.
• Once the raffle ends and if I'll be drawing a winner, I'll be Livestreaming (on picarto) the drawing at a specified time.
• If at ANY time you feel like withdrawing from the raffle before it ends, simply send me a PM and I will refund your tickets.
• I am NOT subscribed to the thread, so PLEASE PING ME if you have questions!
• For the final gem count (found on the spreadsheet), I'm using a 1g:850t ratio!
• If we reach the quota of 80kg by August 30th 00:00 FR, there will be a "grace period" awarded to allow people to claim the last 2 free tickets and for anybody (new & old who haven't capped) to purchase any more tickets up until 1 hour before the announced Drawing time. The 200 ticket cap will not be lifted. What this means is that if you discovered this raffle after the Quota deadline and we've met the Quota, or if you wanted to cap/buy more tickets but haven't yet, you can still buy tickets up until 1 hour before I'll be drawing the winner!
• I work early mornings, so I will not be online to announce whether or not we've reached the quota, or to record any tickets purchased or free from about 20:00 FR onward. I will do final calculations and announce the results after work, which is about 10:00 FR on the 30th.
• Be kind to others but also to me. I'm running this raffle by myself, and would appreciate a little bit of patience and tolerance. I'm human so I'm bound to make mistakes. It would mean the world to me if you're patient with me when correcting them and use kind language if you point out an error I've made. Any rudeness towards myself and others will not be tolerated. Please remember, I'm offering a chance at this item at Less Than 1% of its price, and doing so alone. I don't need to, but I chose to, so the least you can do is have a little bit of patience.

Ahhh, the one thing everyone's looking forward to!
Free tickets!
Free tickets are not only here to help you, but also help us to reach the Quota! After all, these guys won't end up being raffled off if the quota isn't reached!

The way the Free Tickets work here is a little different than in most places. One free ticket will only be unlocked per every 10% we fulfill towards the quota! What this means is that there will be a total of 10 Free Tickets you can potentially earn!

Quick Run-down ::

• Each unlocked tier will present a different way to obtain this free ticket. Meaning there will be 10 different ways to get these free tickets.
• Free tickets are ONLY available to paying entries, per ticket, up to 10. Meaning if you've only bought 1 ticket, you can only get 1 free ticket, if you've bought 2, you can only get 2, etc. This caps obviously at 10 tickets bought, which gives you the total of 10 potential free tickets. So if you've bought more than 10 tickets, you can still only receive 10 total free tickets.
• Free tickets can ONLY be obtained by pinging me. I MUST see that you've done said thing in order to give you the free ticket.
• Any who don't follow the specifics to obtain the ticket will not have said ticket rewarded. I will ping you back telling you why I have not awarded you the ticket!
• And last, these tickets obviously do not go towards the final count of tickets/total gems. They're purely extra.

Side Note: I recommend you go onto either the Quota pinglist or the Everything Pinglist so that I can alert you when the next tier has been reached. I will only be pinging people on these pinglists about the free tickets as they're unlocked, but will also post them here.

How many people need to enter to reach the quota?

It depends! The quickest way to reach the quota is if people buy the max amount of tickets! That means we'll only need 67 (actually 66.666666666666666... etc.) people! But individual tickets, I need to sell 6,667 (actually 6,666.66666666666666666666... etc.)! x'D I promise you I didn't mean for that number in particular to be it ahaha. In other words, it can be anywhere from 67 people to 6,667 in order to reach the quota c:
Update: After the cap raise, we only need 34 people purchasing the max amount of tickets to reach the cap!

How can we be sure you'll refund if we don't reach the quota?

All I can really say is you'll have to trust me. I've been on this site almost every day since I joined in October 13th, 2014, only disappearing for like, 3 days when I went on vacation to a place with no internet. I'm pretty much addicted to this site and I've spent a lot of Real Money™ on this site, so there is no way I'd do something that gets me banned ahaha.

Can I get a refund whenever I want?

As I said above, yes. A refund may be requested at ANY time before the raffle ends.

Can I buy tickets for a friend even if I've reached my cap?

Yes! Please just specify which user you're gifting the tickets to (link to their profile preferred for their ID) so I can record it properly on the sheet. I will add a note that the tickets were donated to them. I will check to make sure they haven't capped, first, however.

Why are you raffling off your wings?

Honestly, finding a buyer is a lot harder than you'd expect, and I did some thinking and realized... Why not give somebody a chance at these wings for almost nothing? I know I'd love that chance, so here it is!

Why is my name written twice on the sheet?

If you've purchased multiple tickets in separate occasions, and if others have purchased tickets during that time, I'll be writing your name down again to record your new tickets. This is more or less following a Real-Life raffle ticket style, where the tickets are given out depending on the order you've bought them. What this means is if we don't reach the quota, if you purchased multiple tickets throughout the raffle, you'll be getting more than one Crossroads for the refund!

How did you get your wings? You're not a backer.

Nope, I'm not. I got my Cloudy Wings in a trade for a DapperVolk Headstart Key. It was a limited key that only the first ~300 backers on the kickstarter received. This key ensured the holder would get a 3-digit ID as well as a very high chance at getting your desired Username, which for a lot of pet-game players is very important. This trade occurred by part of DapperVolk discord through private direct messaging. Said trader was an FR backer.

Why do Nameless's colors keep changing?

I'm a scatter addict. I'm scattering them whenever I get the funds from selling items/doing commissions, etc. 8'D Since they're my most expensive dragon, I want their colors to be perfect. You can follow their scatter quest, here (it's not always updated though xD)!
~~On August 7th at around 6:00 pm FR, I have completed Nameless’s scatter journey! We ended at Mist / Pearl / Blush!~~
And I scattered again on August 22nd, and got Umber / Umber / Radioactive... Finally done 8'D.

What can I do with them if I win?

Put them on a dragon! Put them on a different dragon every day! Give it to a friend! Stare at it! Take a picture with it! Love it! Adore it! Sell it! Lots of people are waaaaay more patient than I am. And yes, I have no problem with you selling the wings if you win. Of course, this is for a chance at anybody who dreams of them winning the wings for an incredibly affordable price, but once they leave my lair it's all up to you.

How will you decide on a winner?
