Oct 1st - The starting point

I figured I would start of this challenge with just a quick post about my starting point and some thoughts about this quest that might be nice to look back on when it's completed.

I'm starting out with 1369899 treasure and 102419 gems, which is a much better starting point than I could ever have hoped for when I realized in the middle of my skycat quest that this had to be the next thing I do.

I'm going to aim for the imperial scroll, but since there is no way of telling if there even is any left, I'm also perfectly fine with buying a gen1 imp that someone else scrolled. I also put my missing KS fams as a candidate for what this mountain of currency could be used for, but since they aren't "one time use" items I'm not to stressed about getting them as quickly as I can. I mean, I'm going to need something to save up for after this quest is done :P

I have learned about myself that my favorite way of playing this game is having really long term quests/goals/challenges that I can grind away at my own pace. It's tough, but to me FR doesn't quite feel right without something like this to work on. I was planning to take a break for 4-5 months after completing my skycat quest before doing this, but it hasn't even been 2 full months and I can't wait any longer. Not because I'm stressed about reaching my goal, but because I enjoy playing the game like this.

Every month or so I will post an update to how my quest is going, no set date or days for the update. If something note worthy happens I might make a seperate update for that :)
