After a skim of the AH, I'd say 900t per 1 Unstable Serthis, and 900t per 1 Powerful Serthis.

So the full stacks would be valued at 89.1kt each, or 178.2kt for both! However if you were looking for the amount needed for gene brewing (20), that'd be 18kt each, or 36kt for both!

If you were looking to pay with gems, current ratio stands at 900t:1g
