“Hello there, I’m Mother Lorelei! Welcome to the Starfall Isles, I hope you’ve come to enjoy the Starfall Festival to its fullest!”
A nebula bespeckled Guardian Dragon waves her wing towards you as you approach her small makeshift stand. There is a little banner on her table, with “Snacking Under the Stars!” obviously scribbled by young hatchlings. There are little and big bags of assorted sizes all around her table, decorated in purple and pink fabrics and ribbons.
“I know the trek towards the Observatory can be a long one, and any good story deserves a good snack, so why not buy one for yourself or friends?” Lorelei then pushes her order forms towards you, which has a list of the different care packages she’s created.

DracoLeo’s Spiky Starfall Surprise
Cost: 10000 Treasure or 10 Gems
Halcyon REALLY likes putting bugs into foods she shouldn't.
What’s Needed:

[item=Tuxedo Urchin] - 1x Tuxedo Urchin

[item=Irradiated Pear] - 1x Irradiated Pear

[item=Manaweed] - 3x Manaweed

[item= Butcher's fig] - 2x Butcher’s Fig

[item=Egghead Infiltrator] - 2x Egghead Infiltrator

[item=Corona Sempervivum] - 1x Corona Sempervivum
Directions:

Move any and all toxins from your Tuxedo urchin, any radiation from your Irradiated pear, and any venom from your Egghead infiltrator. See "The Arcanite's Guide to Local Foodstuffs" (not included) for further instruction if necessary. No need for any poisoned dinner guests who aren't used to the odd food that's different than the odd food they're probably used to. [sub][sub]cough cough Plague[/sub][/sub]

Slice your pear into strips, and lay them around the urchin. Bake until both are gooey and probably safe to eat, but not completely through. If you do, there will be next to nothing left of the meat of the urchin, and the pears will start to glow really weird.

Mash your Mana weeds and figs into a semi-sweet thick paste. It tastes good, and sparkles in a really cool way too. It can be baked or left as is in accordance to preference. Spread in the dish that will hold your completed meal.

Those scorpion things? Can be eaten perfectly raw or cooked until crunchy(er). We really don't know what they have to add to this recipe. Press them into the paste wherever you want. But... maybe remove those barbs first... or keep them there to make people afraid of your dish. The choice is yours!

Place the now cooked urchin and spiky pear slices in the center of the dish, on top of the now pink and sometimes crunchy fig paste with pointy bits. It should really pop as a great centerpiece. Now, this dish can be either served cold or placed back in your made-in-the-Blacksand-Annex oven to be served hot! It's really up to you! We're not really sure why this recipe was thought up in the first place, but we hope you have fun with it! Oh yeah, not done yet:

Take a succulent. Or all the succulents. Decorate your dish. You could use a few, or you could cover the entire thing in the wonderful plants so that anybody who tries to take some is surprised by the very prickly thing that might be food underneath! Corona sempervivum is an all-purpose plant, really. Now you have a kinda sharp but super good and wonderfully decorated Starfall-themed dish that can be enjoyed among clanmates and visitors alike! Have a wonderful Starfall Celebration!!!

This, however, is a favorite recipe he developed in the early days, for dark nights alone with his mate. No need for candles - this salad glows all on its own!
What’s Needed:
Starfall Blossom
Plant
Starfall Blossoms glow softly at night... and sometimes explode for no apparent reason. Botany can be a dangerous hobby where they grow. (Special thanks to Mirrorstone.)
65
7
- 1x Starfall Blossom
Dusk Jadevine
Plant
This species of Jadevine appeared shriveled during the day, and opens during the evening to absorb moisture.
55
7
- 1x Dusk Jadevine
Star Moss
Plant
A dull gray by day, Star Moss sparkles vibrantly at night. Some say it even tastes better then.
25
3
- 2x Star Moss
Glow Mushroom
Plant
Everything looks strange in the light emitted by this mushroom.
20
2
- 2x Glow Mushrooms
Ashfall Prickler
Plant
Instead of being filled with water, Ashfall Pricklers contain a spicy sauce that goes well with anything. Weird.
25
3
- 1x Ashfall Pricklers
Directions:
Place Starfall Blossom in a sturdy vessel and cover tightly. Shake gently to detonate any unexploded flowers; set aside.
Shred the Dusk Jadevines and place in a large bowl. Add Star Moss.

Embla tends the Clan's garden and crops. Although not an Arcane dragon herself, she loves the unusual things that grow in the Arcane territory! The stranger the better. She also really enjoys experimenting with the food she grows, and uses the plant-eaters of the Clan as her taste-testers since she prefers insects herself. They have assured her that her Crystalspine Crumble - based on the Crystalspine Reaches - is one of her best dishes.
What’s Needed:

[item=Blood Acorn] - 2x Blood Acorn

[item= Cinnamon]- 1x Cinnamon

[item=Raspberry] - 2x Raspberry

[item=Red Delicious Apple] - 1x Red Delicious Apple
Directions:

Grind down the Cinnamon into a fine power in a pestle and mortar. Remove the powder (but there's no need to clean the pestle and mortar yet).

Using the same pestle and mortar, crush the Blood Acorn down to crumbs - be careful not to grind it down too finely, you want to leave it slightly crunchy and textured!

Combine the Cinnamon with the Blood Acorn until the acorn is completely coated: this is your crumble mix.

Peel and core one Red Delicious Apple. Cut the second apple in two, core it and peel one half, setting the other half aside for later. (Eat the peel, it's yummy and good for you!) Chop the peeled apple finely into slithers. Also cut two of the Raspberries in half.

Place the prepared fruit in the base of a dish and add a splash of water, then place the Blood Apple crumble mix over the top, covering the fruit.

Bake the crumble for 40-45 minutes until the crumble has turned crunchy and the fruit is bubbling.

While the crumble bakes, cut the remaining half apple into eight equal-sized pieces.

Mash the remaining Raspberry into a paste and mix with water to form a juicy dye, and dip or soak the apple in this until it takes on the pinky-red colour (and some flavour) of the raspberry.

Edda’s Sweet & Sour Celebration Crunch

This dish combines sweet and sour flavours and is the perfect addition to an evening of storytelling around the campfire! Or anywhere, really. Edda is one of the Clan's creative types (she's a poet) and she loves to listen to her fellow storytellers weave tales and legends while munching on a delicious bag of Celebration Crunch of an evening. It's the perfect portable snack.
What’s Needed:

[item= Glittering Lacewing] - 1x Glittering Lacewing

[item=Rainbow Grasshopper]- 1x Rainbow Grasshopper

[item=Two-Tone June Beetle] - 1x Two-Tone June Beetle

[item= Glow Mushroom] - 2x Glow Mushrooms
Directions:

Chop all of the insects into equally sized pieces, making sure to leave each piece large enough to easily pick up in your claws, and mix them together.
[o]If you are serving large dragons (as opposed to a group of Fae) you may wish to leave the insects whole and simply pierce the carapace all the way through both sides. This will make them easier to pick up!

Place the insects in a dish and roast gently for around 30 minutes - this will enhance their natural sweet and sour flavours (and also make the acquired taste of the Rainbow Grasshopper more palatable).

While they are roasting, make a Glow Mushroom Syrup!

Dice up your glow mushroom finely.

Heat some oil in a skillet and add the mushroom, cooking over a moderate heat until the glow starts to intensify (after around 5 minutes).

Add a generous amount of water and bring to a boil over a high heat.

Continue to boil until the liquid has reduced by two-third and the glow has completely transferred from the mushrooms to the liquid. (You can test this by removing a piece of mushroom and inspecting it - if it still glows, keep reducing!)

Once it's ready, strain the liquid to remove the pieces of mushroom.

When the insects have finished roasting, toss them in the Glow Mushroom Syrup until they are lightly coated and gently glowing - but don't use too much, as you still want to see the glitter of the insects' wings and carapaces through the syrup!

The insects are tasty to eat hot or cold and will keep their glow for around 24 hours.

Mama Lorelei smiles, still holding the form towards you. “Go on, fill it out! Please fill out multiple forms if you want to buy multiple orders!”
For payment, please send me the cash via PM! I tend to find CR a hassle, with tango-ing around making sure people have the money they need. I will only send the food IF you’ve paid.
