You will have to check the app store for apps capable of unzipping.
Sadly, mobile apple devices are not very well suited for this.

@LunarAnnex First I download PDFs to my iCloud drive, then I unzip the file in izip. For actually drawing I use Procreate, which is pretty easy to get the hang of ^_^
