That's awesome! Meanwhile, I can barely get through high school and considering I am doing another 8 years for vet school I'll only a little more than halfway done schooling :)

Congrats! Sounds like you've got a plan going. Four years is a solid chunk of work you've put in.
I'm graduating soon, as well. Here in the UK the typical degree is 3 years long, though. I think it's more specialised? Rather than having majors/minors, it's straight into a pure subject unless you specifically seek otherwise. So for me it's been computer science from year 1.
You're going back for a Master's, too. That's a lot of years of study in total.
