I made a text version of this before on tumblr, but now I made a visual guide on the best places to gather and grind for Swipp and Baldwin ingredients. Although what's the best place is subjective, so just take a look at the ingredients available in each area and decide for yourself where you want to gather or coliseum grind today. :3
I've also included gathering only familiars into the guide because that also influences where people gather. As well as the levels that ingredients start appearing in. Items without numbers in parenthesis means that they can be found starting at level 1.
