"We've recently analyzed these rods that an adventurer brought back from the Shadow Fortress of Ends and it seems that they're some type of weaponry that emits a light beam. For what purpose, we don't know, but the energy emitted doesn't seem to affect anything we have, somewhat similar to the energy that emits from the gateway stones. We have a lot of them, and I'm fairly certain we can get replicas made for the same purpose. However, these energy crystals that seem to power these 'beamsticks' don't last very long, maybe for an hour at most, so make sure to conserve their use. As of yet, we're unable to figure out what type of energy was stored within, and how.
"On another note, Aeire is ready to go back to his home realm, and he's willing to show you where he originally found them in his realm. He also hopes to keep in contact with us here in HQ. Each of you should take one of these beamsticks and some crystals with you, just in case."

"I'm glad I'm back, and I'm also glad to see that the village I'm from is safe and sound. They were worried about where I went, and are glad to see me back as well. They apparently blocked off the passageway I took where I found that stone, but I'm pretty sure you can dig your way through it. Anyways, here's the giant sinkhole I went spelunking in. It goes down pretty far, and I didn't dare go farther than the tunnel I found in the side of the wall. Maybe you can explore it."

Ronda, armor clanking, makes her way deeper down into the sinkhole. She would have left her protection at home, but she thought she might need it in any theoretical fights to come.

Spirit hovered near the blockade. This was his first mission alone and he really didn't want to mess it up. Both his mentors had tried very hard to train him properly and he wouldn't want to fail them and end up stuck in camp, unable to do missions while getting retraining. Plus, FrozenLake would get really annoyed probably. Though Feta would be so let down and disappointed. Ugh, he didn't know which was worse to deal with. Shaking his head to rid his mind of the poisonous thoughts, he made his decision. He began to attempt to break through the blockade.

Zap grinned, spreading his rather large wings (at least, for his size) to hover between the intersection. Now THIS wasn't something one would see every day. In fact, this sinkhole may be the first of its kind! It certainly looked far larger in dragon. Zap shrugged. Bigger WAS better, as the saying went. Including emperors. Would it be possible for an emperor to grow to cover the world.... but now he was getting off track. Shaking his head and looking towards the barricaded tunnel, the fae snorted as one of his classmates.... Spirit was his name, not daring to venture further into the pit, start to hack away at the tree sap and rubble blocking the tunnel. Surely, more would follow him. Plus, Zap doubted he would obtain anything rare by exploring the surface. He would have to go deeper.
With that, he took off after Ronda, now a shadow in the distance [b]deeper into the sinkhole[/b].

Soul hangs back from the others, assessing the situation. She could join the other few dragons in trying to break down the barricade. Surely there's a path behind it. She looks towards where another couple of dragons had disappeared into the sinkhole. She decides to follow them, but also to stay behind, should she catch up to any other dragon..
