[/i] [/center] [b]Welcome Welcome,[/b] and thank you for stopping by! Legacy Challenges have become an obsession of mine. I love how Flight Rising has such a unique feature that brings the community together behind the scenes. I've also felt badly for the non-hier dragonets that get passed by each generation... So this project exists to expand upon that! Each "Project" here starts with a plain, generation one dragon with no offspring and no genes. The goal is that, with each passing generation, the bloodline will become "fancier" through breeding with more unique and blessed mates. As a community project, the offspring will be offered to the public so that others may help continue on the Legacy Chain. [b]The End Goal Of This Project,[/b] is to see each Legacy through to its tenth generation. However, what happens to each adopted dragon is entirely up to their new lair: You are free to train them, to not train them, to scroll them, to exalt them, to sell them, to forget about them... Our goal may be to get the tenth generation, but it's also to observe the different forms of play along the way. I intend to gradually start a Legacy for each Flight, so keep your eyes peeled! This is all meant to be for fun, so please don't feel pressured if you join in! Let's have fun and enjoy the unique breeding feature of Flight Rising! None of these rules are anything more than a honor policy or guidelines. No pressure! [*] First and foremost: [b]No bullying or pestering the owners of legacy dragons into playing your way![/b] Once they have their new dragon, it's theirs. If you decide to adopt out your hatchlings through the project, please be aware of this! They may be exalted. That's part of the legacy project. Let everyone participating play the game how they want. That said, these are some rules that I can't enforce, but would be honored if you respected them: [*] [b]Only take one hatchling from each Legacy/Generation.[/b] For example, only adopt one 2nd Generation from the Shadow Legacy. You may also adopt from the 3rd and 4th Generations of the Shadow Legacy, but only dabble in each Generation once. This will help us move along. [*] [b]Only keep one hatchling from your Legacy Nests.[/b] Part of the excitement of this being a community challenge is to see how far it can spread. So giving away as many hatchlings as possible will help us cast our net wider. Of course you can also just give all your hatchlings away, or keep them all, if that's a way you're dedicated to playing. [*] [b]If your Legacy Dragon breeds and has offspring, please let me know![/b] I'm happy to promote you adopting them out through this thread. Similarly, I will link a thread where you are trying to trade them or sell them. This is a "community," after all. [*] [b]Also, if breeding then please let me know![/b] I will usually want to buy a hatchling from you. I will pay a flat 10k for hatchlings, so ask if I'm buying. I probably am.
