Having served in a sort of special forces unit, he is still teaching both of them some of what he knows. He's only thought of acting contrary to their wishes once, when his family - a family he keeps far from his mercenary life - was in possible danger. These days though, he's separated from the other two, and is not sure if they're alive.

Cold and always subordinate to his orders, Locus wishes to be a true soldier, a weapon for others. It's how he copes, and it has only gotten worse ever since he and Felix were separated from Siris.
