@Rexcaliburr i used my dragon irradiance as the model for this outfit, it's based on the fish dish of the reunion dinner, and as it happens it seems irradiance likes to dress up as partially eaten fish to try and trick fish eating dragon species into trying to eat him and then surprising them(aka he's the dish then 'flop' it moves and scares everyone)
i named the outfit nian nian you yu after a pun phrase, i think it's supposed to be similar to be blessed every year but the pun makes it sortof like have fish every year or something
