it all started with arcanite.

when i saw him on the adopt-a-dragon thread i couldn’t resist asking for him. at the time, my lair had an aesthetic of mint green/green dragons. so this fellow was clashing horribly with the rest of my dergs.
but then i bought more XXY pet/but/stained dragons to keep him company. those three genes were my absolute favourite,,
and that,, did not end well for my aesthetic. as a result, i cleaned out my whole lair, and now it’s looking MUCH better and rainbowy. it still has quite a few ways to go.

I impulse bought this little lady who used to be a Guardian, and then spent 100k changing her into a Pearlcatcher ^-^'

Instead of spending 500g for a XXX sav/saf/opal copper, (damn, this color combo is expensive) I just find a copper imp with an opal tert that cost 100g then proceed to change the prim and sec gene to sav/safari that is quite cheap than most genes and tada! Another dream derg achieved. I got savvy and save a lot of gems in the process.

I bought one gen1 few weeks ago, but today I decided to check how many dragons there were of his colors.. turned out just recently a baby had hatched with same colors(them being only ones with those colors). Needless to say, I bought her:
