However, we do recognize the fun of Dressing Room combined with a fashion contest, so we've decided to create a supplemental thread where you [i]can[/i] use Dressing Room to create outfits around our themes and show them off! [img]https://i.imgur.com/MHREPT1.png[/img] [b][u]Week-Long Themes[/u][/b] [b]Lit Lanterns[/b] [i]One of the Sunbeam Ruins' most notable landmarks is the Beacon of the Radiant Eye, home to our deity Lightweaver. As the Beacon shines across the sea, during Brightshine Jubilee the rest of Light Flight does as well. Show us your Light-themed dragons as they shine like lit lanterns![/i] [b]Sornieth New Year[/b] [i]The official colors of the Sornieth New Year are red, blue, and gold. Dragons wearing these colors during the New Year celebrations attract luck to their lairs for the rest of the year. Show off your dragons wearing any combination of the New Year colors![/i] [img]https://i.imgur.com/82tTN3m.png[/img] [b][u]Daily Themes[/u][/b] [b]Sunday: Marva's Invisibility Cloak[/b] [i]Dragons during the New Year do not neglect to have fun, especially with the new cloak that turns their bodies invisible, but not their apparel. It can be particularly enjoyable to play tricks on their friends, or show off their creativity, by showcasing their outfits without anything seeming to hold them up.[/i] [b]Monday: Flight Ambassadors[/b] [i]During the New Year, dragons come from all over Sornieth to celebrate, and many are happy to show off their origins. Show us your dragons representing a particular flight![/i] [b]Tuesday: Honored Heroes[/b] [i]In the Sunbeam Ruins, warriors are highly respected, and honored particularly in the New Year as a hope for success in Dominance in the coming year. Show us your fiercest and most highly decorated warrior dragons![/i] [b]Wednesday: Shifting Seasons[/b] [i]No celebration of the year would be complete without acknowledging the seasons that make it up. Dragons may dress to embody a season as a way of attracting the best aspects of that season to them.[/i] [b]Thursday: Minimalist[/b] [i]While gaudy apparel and elaborate outfits have their place, sometimes dragons during the New Year will reflect on the importance of simplicity by wearing no more than five pieces of apparel.[/i] [b]Friday: Enchanting Entertainers[/b] [i]Every year entertainers come from around Sornieth to showcase their talents and to provide joy and laughter to those celebrating the New Year. From dancers dressed in flowing silks to jesters covered in bright colours, there is something for everyone to see. Show us your clan's entertainers![/i] [b]Saturday: Fireworks[/b] [i]Fireworks are one of the most anticipated shows at any event, especially Sornieth New Year. The residents of the sunbeam ruins definitely know how to light up the sky.
