Maybe as memorials, maybe as good luck charms and maybe as something darker. Soon this generation faded as well, but the statues changed in a new way. They became infused with the magic of the land over time and were given life. They tend to speak in ancient tongues, if they even speak at all, and are fascinated with the sensation of touch, something they never experienced as simple observing statues. Scrolls and relics are their favored treasures.”[/color] Any light Kintsukuroi discovered as light dragons are treated with high curiosity and wonder. This element is shrouded with mystery as an unknown kind of magic is infused in the life of the dragon. They tend to speak in riddles, challenging the intellect of the light dragons of today. They have many secrets of the past, but will not tell, some are just a shady bunch, while others are superstitious of their own existence and that if they share too much, their existence will be stripped from them and they will become just relics again. They prefer to be as rigid and cold as winter's chill. Of all the dragons, ice dragons are the most unemotional, carefully preserving the world around them to be later analyzed and catalogued. Fossils and artifacts are their favored treasures.” [/color] Ice Kintsukuroi are the most standoffish of the types. Back when primitive clans and tribes ruled the Ice Fields, Statues were carefully made from clay and sediment from the ocean or carved from bones of large animals. These were used in many occasions, as a memorial to one who perished in the storm, or almost as an effigy for those the tribes wished ill will upon, treating those statues as symbols of imprisonment. Eventually when the ice shifted and the tribes slowly disappeared, the statues remained and became infused with magic of the Flight. However, they did not earn life until lost souls were bound to them. These ice dragons are rather the most silent of them all. They will hint not of which kind of soul they were, a lost friend or a cursed enemy. This whole concept is kept very secret and makes them dangerous if crossed. While the Kintsukuroi are from possibly centuries back and have alot of historical secrets, Forgeries were created, painted and broken for the sole purpose of being fixed with gold or silver. They lack the history and are more rickety due to being created by unskilled hands. They are also often created in the wrong places. The magic that is infused into them to give life can also alter behavior of the creatures. They are not as quiet and as secretive as their genuine counterparts, they talk big and bold, making up their history and putting lies to paper. Though don’t treat them too harshly if you discover one. They can always learn. But, they will always have disdain towards the true Kintsukuroi.[/size]

Q: Question regarding the color/gene requirements, are the available genes only acceptable with the corresponding colors on the table in the google doc? Or could I, for example. have a pie/paint/crackle beige/beige/gold?

A: The genes and colors on the table don't go specifically with each other. You may use any combo of the required genes and colors!
Only the gold or silver crackle is a must with these dragons!
