I love this baby. I'm a huge fan of dragon matching accent, and I love second colour added with apparel or accent. And I can find all these things here :)
Also, I'm not sure if this was done on purpose, but hiding warm part of accent under Rags was a smart move, he looks gentle and harmonized because of this :D

I think I finally understand the eyeburner craze while looking at him! The blooming wood apparel compliments him perfectly, giving his wings a wonderful texture. The wildlife and flowerfalls really give him a dreamy vibe!
