Posting Images to the Forums | Creative Corner

Is something going on with the forum's image display? I was trying to post a doodle of my dragon Ernie to my art dump thread and it won't bring up the image. I tried using the link from dA first like I did my previous drawings, but when that didn't work I tried to upload it to imgur to see if that'd help and I got the same result. It just stays like this: [img]http://imgur.com/ztf7yzH[/img]

@/Dracoyena I wont ping since the issue has already been addressed in the Bug thread but in case anyone else has a similar issue: Images NEED to end in a file extension to work with FR's BBCode. File extensions include .png .jpg and .gif This: [img]http://imgur.com/ztf7yzH[/img] contains a link to the Imgur album and NOT the actual image. Notice that it doesn't end in a file extension. You can get the appropriate URL by going to the imgur album and right-clicking. You can select the "open in a new tab" option to open it in a new tab and copy the URL from that page OR You can click the "copy image location" (or equivalent) to copy the URL Then you'll paste the url between the IMG tags as usual [code][img]https://i.imgur.com/ztf7yzH.jpg[/img][/code] [img]https://i.imgur.com/ztf7yzH.jpg[/img]

how do you put your own images (like not from the internet) into a forum post? Or is there just not a way to do that?
