My reflection smiles back at me,
So polite, so kind, so elegantly,
Keeping me fresh, and cool, and smiling,
A single splash sends ripples facing away from me,
Water is perfect, in lakes, rivers and sea.

The wind chases up a tree,
So playful, so wishing, so elegantly,
Leaves will shake and we take,
A moment to breathe,
So wonderful, what I can't see.

Blades of grass peek over the horizon,
So dominant, so glorious, so elegantly,
As yellow and green dot the trees,
Standing under the shade of the willow tree,
So beautiful, the always coming green.

Flowers spring and dance and prance,
So happy, so carefree, and how elegantly!
They know when it's time to go,
After a season where they grow,
So colorful, as they let there blooms show.
And so I'll stand or sit, as the birds peep and pip,
Waiting as the earth flips,
From summer, to winter, fall and spring.

There's a lot one assumes these days,
They call me cruel or sweet, I say,
Make up your mind or get out of my way,
My good mood isn't here to stay.

I'm not as bad as they picture me,
I have few that suit my friendship need,
But if your new, stay away, please.
I could fill your heart with disease,
With my arts of dark sorcery,
Beware what you do not see,
When you first glance at me.

Halloween, Halloween,
It's coming, you'll see
Ghouls and ghosts and other oddities,
They'll all be dancing for Halloween,
Halloween!

Trick or treat, who'll you'll meet,
Strolling down and about the streets,
A splendid kind of mystery,
Always ending with something sweet.

Twisting, turning, along all the roads
Looking for someone you might just know
Maybe you'll just might find
Casper the ghost , he'll always hide
under his mom's white sun blinds!
