Earthly child with a head above the clouds,
Longing to touch the stars.
With a heavenly wish granted he is now one with them,
Coat of shimmering stardust from afar.

As it touches the scales and wears down the spiky outer coat,
It lets precious moments bloom like a delicate flower.

Life slowly fading as the crisp colors shine.
Yet the colors seem all the more vibrant when seen,

Giving cover among the willows and darkened sky.
Hissing like a reared viper,
