Dragons of high rank who follow the Path of Blinding Light never see sunlight. Most keep their eyes covered, or in extreme cases, blind them. Oracles stay for hours into the darkness, hoping to make out warnings and prophecies from the patterns they see swirling in the blackness.

While the main focus is on healing and rejuvenation, a large portion of their resources is devoted towards the upkeep of the ruins they reside in. They offer a variety of services, from massages, to aromatherapy, to crystal healings and herbal remedies. Elysian Grove also serves as a sanctuary, and dragons are allowed to stay for as long as they need. Vast gardens surround the complex, and provide the majority of remedies and food for the dragons of Elysian Grove.

Eveli runs the largest clan and is considered the leader of all the clans. They travel all over Sornieth and barter their services, trading their meat and leathers for perfumes or other items that are difficult to make for a traveling clan. Leona's clan mostly stays in the Shrieking Wilds. They have limited interactions with others aside from the solstice meetings with the clans. Rangpur runs the smallest clan, and is considered the most feral group. They mostly terrorize the nothern regions of Sornieth. Morana's pack is the farthest removed from the others, and consequently is the least monitored. They frequently miss the solstice gatherings as well, claiming the journey is too much of an inconvenience. In spite of this, all clans have a good relationship with one another and will swiftly come to another's aid if necessary.

Founded many years ago by their leader Gela, the village has prospered in spite of the battering of waves and erosion of the cliffs. While fish is their main export, they also sell honey, products made from beeswax, armor, and weaponry. They have a postal system in place for all their deliveries and for simple letters and bits of news as well. They have strong business ties with Elysium as the founder grew up in the village. Unfortunately, they frequently have to defend against pirates and raiders looking to destroy their village. They have yet to succeed however.[/indent]

True to their ship's name, they rarely hit a place twice. They're constantly on the move, going wherever the riches are. While they mostly travel in the Great Sea surrounding Sornieth, the village of Meren Laulu is one place they can't help but seem to return to.

The Hewn Observatory is home to the odd and withdrawn. Being in the Hewn City makes for few visitors, but at least none seem to mind. It gives them more time to dedicate towards charting the skies and the stars. Quite a few major discoveries have been made since the dragons took up residence in the previously abandoned observatory. The most infamous was of the constellation Concordia, and the rumors that eventually began to circulate about its origins.
