Lore hatchlings will be produced two times a month: on the weekends beginning festivals, and two weeks after that.
Festival lore hatchlings will have lore pertaining to the flight whose holiday is being celebrated, such as how technologies and ideologies from those flights influence the Baikonur Agency, or how spaceflight in those flights creates competition for other spaceflight-capable regions of Sonrieth.
Hatchlings in the middle of the month will have lore pertaining to the Baikonur Agency in general. They will have a background, a field of work/study, and a clear personality, plus anything else I see fit.
