Chelia is named after a character in the anime Fairy Tail, and Silver Wind is named for a pretty pokemon move. While staying in my lair she used to wear the sparkling blue neck, arm and tail bows. During her stay she was raised to level 12 and learned hydro bolt. She was given an aquatic acuity fragment and a shale hybrid fragment as a sign of her intelligence and importance to the clan.
