The clan itself is full of its own anomalies and customs, so it's quite surprising that something such as different eye types have made a fuss. The problem lies, however, with the hatchlings' abilities. Were they touched by the Gladekeeper? Blessed by residing mountain spirits? Inhabited by the demigods that protect them? As of now, they are none of these things - they are simply [i]them[/i], a trio of gifted Spirals with no way of knowing anything else. With their origin of power unknown, many within the clan have muttered threats and the possibility of exile under their breath; even the leaders had come to observe the clutch, and while the druids said nothing, it was still taken as a bad omen. You try to part your way through the crowd gathered, finally making your way to the edge of dragons circled around a massive mother Imperial. She hisses at anyone who enters, baring her teeth, but under her wings you manage to catch a glimpse of them. His visage is unique inside and out: when he looks upon another dragon, he does not see their physical characteristics the same as we do, instead viewing gnarled sculptures of vine and color when they come into view. The hues are dependent upon their aura, as is the foliage they're made of. Those with darker intentions tend to be composed of eerie swirling matter and ashen gnarled branches, while more "pure" individuals could be formed out of light grasses and butterflies. When he moves, a trail of grass and flowers according to the season tends to follow him, gracing brush or the ground below, returning to normal after he's passed. As of now, any other powers he may have are either hidden or being kept secret between he and Naoki, as she is straining to keep his childhood as normal as possible despite his gifts. He is currently being scouted for this ability among others, but the dragonet isn't fond of the idea of being used in this manner. All he wishes for in life is a simple, quiet existence void of the commotion he and his brothers have involuntarily brought on upon themselves.[/center][/columns]
