The first idea is he is chained. Working on getting refs, but he has chains on his ankles ((Doesn't matter since not sure if you do full bodies lol)), wrists, and around his neck ((Wears a collar, but most of it is covered by his scarf, but I can find a ref of some collar ideas if you want to have it exposed.
But anyhoo an angry piece where he is trying to get free of the chains, and looking like he is snarling, or roaring. Frustrated cause he can't. Maybe a background of a darkened room. Mainly meaning like a dark background, possibly signs he has been scratching things.
The second idea, I can find more refs, but he is wearing a muzzle https://i.
imgur.com/BEvUsXq.png. He is smirking (( Basically threatening if someone comes close he is gonna eat them)) With his tongue exposed possibly extending from some of the wire. (( https://i.

HsinVega Would you draw two people fullbodies? Sort of like a scene with a plain gray background? Since you drew Geralt, I'm wondering if fanart is fine? (Though you only said fanart OCs and it's still okay aaa -)
