Frames make up gifs. They are basically still pictures that follow each other in a set order at a set speed. I can check the gif for length and will always ping you with the price after ordering, so you don't need to worry about that. If you can't afford the gif you chose, you can always try looking for a shorter one with less frames which looks similar.
