As the title says, I'm looking for an artist who will commission an OC who is part-human, part-dragon. I'm not even sure what category of art I should be looking for, but I'd like a full-body shot, fully and realistically colored and shaded. If you have examples of drawing part-human hybrids, please share they so I can see your art style. This is a very specific request, so name your price (FR treasure only, please) and I'll try to meet it.

Katarina, aka Rina
Rina is about 6 decades old, but since demi-dragons can be nearly as long lived as full dragons, she has the human equivalent age of about 22. She has long reddish-brown hair, and red-gold scales down her spine and covering her entire lower body, as well as scales on most of her forearms and covering her hands. Her legs are animalistic and have backwards knees and large, reptilian feet with sharp talons at the end of her toes. Her hands are shaped like a human's, but also end in talons. Her reptilian tail is spiked along the spine, covered in scales, very strong, about 6 feet long, and prehensile. The scale on her back wrap around her torso under her arms and cover her breasts, but she wears a necklace-like top that covers them (similar to those in the James Cameron movie Avatar). Her scales also spred across her shoulder blades and shoulders, along with the sturdy bones of her wings, which sprout just below the shoulder blades. The wings are blood-red, leathery, and bat-like, but gleam reddish-gold in sunlight. She is capqble of flight, but usually stays on the ground. Her long reptilian legs allow for astonishing running speeds of nearly 50 mph. Her facial features are that of a human female, except for her pointed teeth and blood-red slitted eyes, with haveexceptional vision strength. She has thin, slightly reptilian lips, a small nose, and high, arched eyebros. From her head grows a crown of horns, golden-scaled and slightly curved. Her hair does grow around these and hides the base of each.
