the only question I have is how would you like it to be animated? Im not that skilled with animating pixels, so I cant really do complicated things. Like, at all.

As for how to animate him maybe just do a bust/head shot of him at an angel so you can see both eyes, and a wink and his tongue sticking in and out when he winks. That would work for me if you did him like that.
