Hello and welcome! I use DAZ Studio for all my renders, and I'm somewhat constrained by the objects I have—but I'll make a try at almost any order, and refund if I can't manage it. When I have a render finished, send the money and I'll post it. I take gems at a 650 treasure per gem ratio. (Rounding down, for any partial gems.)
There are a few things I can't do, and, unfortunately, one of those is dragons. I'd have to build the models from scratch, and I'm nowhere near good enough with Carrara to do so.
Gijinkas *might* be possible—I can certainly change skin and hair color to match a dragon, and I have a good selection of horns. However, I can only do feathered wings at this time.
Normal humans, however, I can almost certainly do, in both animesque style and realistic. All current examples are in the animesque style for simplicity's sake, but I can show some of my realistic art as well if need be. So, without further ado, the examples and pricing:

If slots are open, I'd definitely be interested in one of
this fellow with the option Iray Render, Lighting, No Background (15k). There's a gijinka design in his bio and I'm open to not including wings at all. Also, is there a way to preview poses?

Just popping in quickly since I need to sleep—everything is completely poseable in DAZ, down to the fingertips. I'll take a look at the dragons in the morning, when I can figure out feasibility of things. And when I can actually words correctly.
