Is there a maximum number of adoptables I can order?
Not at the moment.

When is payment due?
I will request payment when I ping you to ask for your order. Please don't send me money before I ask for it, as I am easily confused!

How long will my order take?
Once I have confirmed your order and received payment, your adoptable will usually be completed within the next few days, depending on my workload. I will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Can I have my adoptable in other sizes?
I will always provide both 245px wide and 500px wide transparent .png files.
If you would like your adoptable in other sizes, please add this to the 'other notes' section of your order.
(The maximum size is 800px wide, though I would not recommend putting this in your dragon's bio.)

Can I bribe you to do apparel / an accent / something special for my adoptable?
No. Please don't ask me for something extra, even if you think it's something really easy. For the sake of my stress levels, I'm keeping all extras as a flat "No" for the time being. Sorry!

Will you ever offer apparel or accents?
I am lowkey considering opening GBP/USD slots for adoptables with accents and apparel. Please let me know if you'd be interested and I'll make a list.
If there's enough interest, I'll... try to figure out how Paypal works?;;;

Will you ever add other breeds?
Probably not. Keeping one base up-to-date is enough work for me OTL

Can you update my old adoptable with a new gene?
I'm afraid I don't store the .psd files for all the adoptables I make, so I can't do partial updates. You would have to order a new adoptable. Sorry!

If I don't have the funds for an adoptable when you reach my place in the wait list, will I lose my slot?
No - If I ping you for your order and you need to delay it, please tell me so and I will make a note. You can then ping me when you have the funds available and I will add you to my next round of orders, provided my shop is still active.

If I don't respond promptly when you reach my place in the wait list, will I lose my slot?
No - I appreciate that people have to go away or take breaks from playing. If you missed the ping for your order, you can ping me later to let me know and I will slot you into the next round of orders, provided my shop is still active.

Will you host my adoptable forever?
I upload all completed adoptables on tumblr so you will always be able to find them in the archive.
However, tumblr urls reshuffle every few months which will break your image links, so I'd highly recommend that you save and host your adoptable yourself.

I lost my adoptable! Do you still have it?
You should always be able to find it in the tumblr archive.

Do I have to credit you?
Written credit isn't required but at least linking the adoptable back to my userpage or to this thread is very much appreciated :)
