If you would like to not include the element then you do not have to pay for the +1 festival currency.
For the first dragon: There's honestly way too many apparels to choose from. Probably the unicorn horn, flowerfall, both halos, tail jewel and bangle, and cyan pendant.
For the second dragon: I can do both flowerfalls, the smoke from Sanguine Plumage(maybe the head accessories), and the antlers.

So the pricing will be:
Key 1: 50kt + 35kt (unicorn horn, daisy flowerfall, luminous and ice halo, ethereal tail jewel, sky blue tail bangle, cyan pendant)

Key 2: 50kt + 20kt (rose and larkspur flowerfall, sanguine plumage, ebony antler)+ 1 all-seeing shroom

total: 155kt -30% = 108.5kt or 108g + 1 all-seeing shroom

Hello, since you are the second to order from me, you could get a -30% discount!
I looked through the dragons apparel and the ones I can do are the crown, the halo, and winter wind. I can some element of the skin (like the icy spiral and icicle) on the metal, which I will charge in price of one apparel (aka 5kt).

So the pricing will be:
Key 1: 50kt + 20kt (ice crown, ice halo, winter wind, freezing breath skin) + 1 eternal snow

total: 70kt -30% = 49kt/g + 1 eternal snow
