Calling out, to some sorrow you buried long ago. A bridge at the edge of the world, going nowhere.
Resides in the central pool of the Sanctuary. Uses a scrying bowl and a set of runestones. Egg was found in the redrock cove. Was once an exuberant hatchling, curious about his origins. He set out one day to solve the mysteries of his past, and he hasn't been the same ever since. He stays at the bottom of pool now like a statue, staring into the future. He's quieter, more withdrawn.

keeper of the drowned garden, a place not far from the edge of the continental shelf. light from the surface just barely illuminates the statues hidden in the seaweed.
He speaks of things you do not want to remember.
They say that saltwater courses through his veins, that the sea listens when he howls. He speaks of things that he has no right to know of.
He howls, and the sea understands.
- belonged to the original clan with Seiyre and Xula, and was adopted by Hagalaz
- was one of the last additions, and thus one of the youngest.
- time passed, and the older members began to age and die. the loss of his friends affected him deeply; he never quite got over any of their deaths.
- when Hagalaz died, he began experimenting.
- the statues that dot the Sanctuary are his creations, all made in the likeness of his friends.

- like Seiyre, he's not quite corporeal. his own body seems to be made of sand and tattered fabric, and leaves behind a faint trail of dust wherever he goes.
- eyes are made of two large, smooth pieces of sea glass.
- there's more sea glass embedded along the rest of his body too, giving the impression of multiple unblinking eyes.
- name is a shortened version of exulansis
- bought for a whopping 3 gems during NoTN
- a spirit slowly regaining substance, now caught between the physical form and the insubstantial. she was the Sanctuary's architect many years ago, long before any of its current inhabitants were born.
- can form a body using dust, bones, and fabric scraps. it's not very stable, however, and will sometimes collapse into an inanimate pile of material.
- there's not much of a need for her to be seen, so she usually just stays as a semi-corporeal spirit.
- spends most of her time observing the Sanctuary's inhabitants. she's unsure what to think of the new dragons; aside from Xula, she's been alone for years.
