Though she declines the title, Cuerva is the Queen of the Caravan. She acts as a mother to all of those who are willing to call the Caravan their family. Years of hardship an a need to care for her own hatchlings shaped the dark imperial into a wise leader with an iron backbone.

Originally residing in the Southern Icefield, it wasn't until Cuerva was well into her adult years that she found herself in the Scarred Wastelands helping a young and ambitious mirror start a clan of his own. She fell in love with the mirror's Right-Hand Ridgeback, Duro, and together the two of them attempted to guide the mirror to build a mighty clan.

However, there was darkness in the mirror's heart that infected his entire being, and even a change of scenery to the sunbeam ruins and a new body could not stop the plague in the mirror-turned-wildclaw's soul from emerging and infecting his entire clan.

Nearly the entire clan was decimated, and the previous leader was left in shambles. Necessity drove Cuerva from her position of support to take control of few dragons who remain, and rebuilt the crumbling castle into a welcoming beacon for travelers of all sorts. Together with Duro, they built their own Caravan.
