LAIR DESCRIPTION
Glacio's clan is spread far and wide across an island, but most members remain near the cave-riddled mountain the founders chose as home. The caves themselves are used for storage, nesting grounds, and individual's personal rooms. Also within are several small rooms housing the beginnings of a library, a kitchen, and several laboratories. Additionally, a large central chamber serves as a communal living space which tends to be occupied at all hours of the day and night.
Beneath the caves are a series of maze-like tunnels created by who-knows-what that connect to various other points on the island (as well as going far far beneath the earth). These tunnels have never been fully-explored due to their length and confusing, twisting nature, however notable sections have been mapped out---such as the tunnels leading to Cediwan's cave, or to the beach.

Around the craggy mountain that makes up the clan's home is a great amount of pebbles and stones and gravel, as well as rubble from excavations and erosion. This yard of rock meets the forest abruptly, and this forest is where those less inclined to cave-dwelling reside. The forest is also frequented by foragers and hunters going to and fro, and MarquisArkana---despite living with her family in the mountain---often crashes through the brush looking for playmates and things to fight. A few abandoned nesting grounds can be found beneath the branches, as those that settle out here make them, wait for their eggs to hatch, and leave as soon as their hatchlings can move.

Also within the forest is Cediwan's "cave", deep and large overgrown reservoir of sorts with a great green peninsula protruding through the middle of the underground lake. Cediwan is a rather lazy Imperial, who, even after recovering from injuries and illness he does not speak about, chooses to lie about this cave and only ever interacts with visitors. Rarely has anyone ever seen him leave---and his leaving the cave usually results in him lounging somewhere else, occasionally muttering about how much he would like to return to his lake.

The beach beyond the forest is a bitterly cold, often windy place, but is still frequented by the local Guardian dragons who splash in and out of the sea to fetch food for the local Ridgebacks. It is also where some dragons go when they would like a peaceful moment to gaze longingly and/or forlornly across the vast ocean. Visible from the beach are several other islands and the occasional ice floe from the Southern Fields. On special days, hatchlings are brought out to look for frozen trinkets and treats bobbing in the sea, brought over purposefully from clans across the way. In return, Glacio's clan creates small or intricate trinkets (some magicked or alchemized) and leaves them hidden in the snow of the Icefields for the hatchlings there to find.
