As you wander through the Zephyr Steppes, the full moon, clear sky, and soothing breeze brushes against your scales as you wander along. In your travels, you had been looking for a place to rest awhile and soothe your tired bones. Curious enough, the sounds of the wind and crickets slowly gave way to what sounded like… singing? In a puzzled search for the source, your ears only point to a tall wall of bamboo and reeds. Examining further leads you to an entrance through the wall, hidden by an especially sizable tuft of tall grass. After you walk through, a surprisingly strange sight stands before you.

Like an auditorium, the steppes in this ring- surrounded by the wall of bamboo and tall reeds -gradually go downwards, until reaching a fairly large clearing. In this clearing stands a grand, spacious circus tent, with vertical, red and yellow stripes adorning its sides. A cheerful array of flags flutter from their hold on the various poles holding the tent up, the largest and most decorative of these belonging to the main, center pole. A warm glow shines from inside, leaking out of the tent like water seeping through cloth- similar to the sound of singing, boisterous and happy, from inside, radiating outwards. From this glow, you can make out the silhouettes of carts; the kind that circus’s use to transport supplies, animals, or to sleep in.

Curiosity bolstering, you walk down to the tent, slowly lift the flap-door and peek inside.

The tent’s interior is complete with stands, a center ring and a wooden stage. Twenty five dragons- including three hatchlings nestled in a low-hanging hammock from the rafters, situated so a dragon could scoop them up if they were in the right place in the stands -lounge, croon, carol and belt in different places in the surprisingly large circus tent.


The Circus of the Singing Breeze isn't actually a circus, even though, with the strange dragons in their ranks, they could probably put one together. Royialis, a guardian dragon who left her clan, and Sunsoarer, a fae dragon with a dream to explore, founded a clan unintentionally within the confines of an abandoned circus tent. This clan is known for their tradition of singing each night, late at night, and not always very well. They're open to any lost dragon that comes their way, so don't be afraid to stop by!
