I added the scarf and then decided to remove it and added it to another dragon instead, but as you can see the scarf is still on Runner. It isn't showing in the apparel box and it hasn't duplicated the item or anything, it's just the image didn't update properly.

This is a cache issue. Equipping another piece of apparel on this dragon and removing it will likely work to refresh the image properly. :)
