The Letumis Court is ruled by a smaller group of dragons, each one taking leadership over the court denizens that perform jobs and acting as the commander and voice for them. These dragons see to it that the tasks they manage are completed cleanly and within a time frame that benefits all those who reside here. The High Council makes decisions for the Letumis court, issues with a split decision being left to a majority vote.
