Shadow Gems- neither good nor evil, but merely are. Magic, powerful, and bound by the stones of the energies. They wear their strength in their scales. Color, and breed deem the higher-archy of their society.

A proper Shadow Gem must be either dark or grey in color, or contrast their gems. Gems should be purple. Shimmer or tiger are acceptable accents, but crystals are becoming all the rage.
