Here is where the healers, leaders, and other dragons that need to be easy to locate reside. Typically, no dragons rest in this area, unless they are new to the clan or have much business to attend to in or around the clan. It's a communal hangout as well, with plenty of places to relax and chat, or tromp and play. Many of the dragons in Fading Echos can be found here at various times of day, but rarely do they stay here for long.
