All dragons start with 3 lives
If the Royal dies, their heir (if any) will claim the title. If there isn't an heir, and I wish to continue the challenge, it will be based on what makes the most sense lore/lvl wise Dragons can wear apparel. Waiting for a tailor makes it harder for me to be attached. Tailor is instead Architect, and can construct scenes! (the rest of the Tailor rules apply for coli/"marketplace" scenes) As with my Emperorlocke rules: 1. Any guardian in the group (who does not have a charge/wasn't breed changed to a guardian) can rng to find their Charge every 5 levels or be given one through lore means. 2. Guardians with a charge may die if they lose their charge or lives saving them. If a charge loses a life the guardian may lose the life point instead of the charge. If the charge dies the guardian might lose a life out of grief. Flip a coin. Heads= Nothing happens Tails= Grief overtakes them, they lose 1 life. |

"I forgot how long it's been. Feels like only yesterday I was leaving you with this clan." Perdix stared at the large guardian before him.
Ruckus grinned at the spiral— her and Kraken's reluctant guardian until he'd found a clan to take them into. Her tail curled further around the wire nest holding her two eggs. "It certainly has. Don't worry, I'm still a troublemaker."
Kraken turned his head as the fathom hatchling tripped over his wings, tumbling through the sand with a gleeful laugh. "You still have Eos with you I see."
Perdix growled, low and filled with suspicion still for Lakeisho's heir. Kraken hadn't been raised long with the Spire Council before its brutal fall, but he still held doubts over the impact it might've had. "The ever-hatchling is safer with me lookin' out for 'im."
"He's got two playmates on the way." Kraken ignored Perdix's aloofness, used to it from their brief travels together when he was a hatchling himself. "...If you'd like to stay and see them. Maybe we'll tell them you're their gramps."
"No thanks."
Ironic, how these two ended up together. The son of the dangerous Spire Council's leader and heir to the company, and the daughter of the dragon who killed his older brother and his mother, amongst other high ranks, and caused the Spire Council's fall. Perdix hoped they were both different from their parents, and hoped their hatchlings a safe life too.
"Will you tell them their lineage?" Perdix finally asked.
"They should know. Things might be calm now, and out here far from the scene of the Council and Corps' downfalls, but they deserve to hear it from us rather than a stranger passing by or finding some old news about it." Ruckus spoke decidedly.
"We hoped you could stay— or visit again sometime— to tell them the parts we weren't around to experience. Maybe when they're old enough we can take them to see the ruins." Kraken added.
The bogsneak had always wanted to go back, the spiral recalled. Curious of what remained of his home and what had become of it since. Perdix didn't think it was a wise idea. He feared the younger dragon might learn of the experiments and continue in his father's wing-beats. He'd been nervous enough with Eos living with the two, as the cloned hatchling was living proof some of Lakeisho's experiments had been working.
"I'm staying out of it... I do wish you two the best, but I will not be setting foot back there again." He turned his back to the pair, calling for Eos to join him. "We can't stay in one place. Not everyone in the Council died that night. They might still be after him."
"Safe travels." Ruckus looked and sounded disappointed.
"Farewell." Perdix nudged Eos for the edge of the camp. "...If we're ever in the area again, perhaps I'll stop by. Eos missed seeing ya."
