But Harvest's enhancements are not fully waterproof, making her the one who usually keeps hold of anything clanmates don't want to worry about getting wet. Pumpkin and Rosie were found, respectively, in the pumpkin patch and the rose bushes. Both were untangled, fed, and cuddled, but unlike many other furry passerbys, both took a liking to Harvest and decided to stick around. Quest was found by a clanmate friend in the water, rescued and brought to Harvest for drying and loving on, made friends with the other two, and decided to stick around -- although she does go roaming once in a while, she always comes back.

[b]How they came to be with your dragon:[/b] Honeycrisp was once only a colorful ear of corn in a cornfield; why the magic seemed to gather around only this particular ear out of the entire field and became a Fey is a mystery, but it was very lucky timing for the hens that had gathered to scratch up any loose kernels they could find. They trusted her immediately, perhaps sensing what she had been only just shortly before, and followed her without fear into the Wildlands. At first, she tried to get rid of them, grumbling about their obvious lack of self-preservation skills and how she'd rather be left alone, but as night fell and the first wolf howled in the distance, she knew she couldn't leave them alone to fend for themselves. "Only for tonight," she growled, scooping them up into the branches along beside her. They clucked agreeably, settling down along the nearby branches. One particularly bold silver hen roosted on her head for the night, and no matter how many times she tossed the hen to a nearby branch, it always fluttered back with an indignant squawk. After the fourth time, it pecked her on the hand when she went to swipe at it. "Ow! Why you little--" With a rustle and the sound of rushing fur, the forest floor below them was filled with howling wolves, gazing directly up with the hungry light of the full moon reflected in their eyes. Honeycrisp went stiff with fear, and the little hens huddled against her, shivering in their poufy little feathers. The wolves stood and snapped at the air, jumping at the bases of the trees and clawing upwards. Honeycrisp's talons dug into the bark of the limb she straddled. Suddenly, the little silver hen on her head was less of an annoyance and more of a comfort. The howling wolves disappeared back into the brush with the rising of the sun, but Honeycrisp would never forget how long that first night dragged on. After that, she and her small flock of [i]Henrietta[/i]'s were inseparable. ...And to think, the chickens would have all been the Mortal farmer's dinner that night had they not followed Honeycrisp into the Wildlands.

[b]Name (if applicable):[/b] [emoji=pick axe size=1]Mattock [b]How they came to be with your dragon:[/b] As a novice archeologist, Niccolo accompanies Antonia to various archeological sites to assist with the careful collection, handling, and cataloguing of evidence of long-forgotten dragon clan remains. These archeological sites are primarily within the Southern Icefield Ice territory though Antonia is looking to expand her enterprise beyond Icewarden's territory. Niccolo is incredibly eager to hone his skills and explore new areas, thus he has been venturing out on his own for a little extra practice. During a one of his recent solo excursions into the Cloudscrape Crags, he was taking a break from digging around by sitting on a decently flat section of rock near his practice excavation site when he felt a tickling sensation near his burlap mantle. He reached up to brush the location and found a small gecko perched in the location. It turns out Niccolo had nearly sat on the little fella. The gecko managed to scurry out the way just in time and planned to confront the large Spiral, but once he climbed up onto the dragon he found this super warm spot and completely forgot about the near crushing event! Niccolo named the gecko Mattock after his favorite tool and has kept a watchful eye over Mattock ever since. She had a sleuthing mini-adventure when she kept finding these piles of sand and these teeny-tiny footprints around the plants and decided to do a stakeout to figure out what was making these. After realizing the frog was looking for more moisture, she decided to adopt them. The two of them have their own terraria indoors, but Tzipporah will sometimes carry them around with her too.

[b]How they came to be with your dragon:[/b] During one Trickmurk, Amethyst was perusing stalls of local jewelers and metalsmitsh as she tends to enjoy doing during festivals, when she found a rather lovely, lantern-like pendant that glowed with the same bioluminesence of the Tangled Wood. Even though the vendor couldn't tell her how it was made (they were just a merchant, not the original designer) she went ahead and bought it as it was too pretty to pass up. Imagine her surprise later when she's giving it a good look over back at her workshop and a furry little spirit creature pops out of the pendant!

One day, a patrol came back with a pair of birds following, and the two swiftly made a home in camp, much to the annoyance of the dragons living there. But while most barely tolerated the noisy and ill-tempered birds, Jealousy found himself becoming fond of them. Soon, he was the only dragon they'd tolerate, and the two were never far from him. Flaunt is often more distant but much more active, while Curse will climb onto his horns or mane at any time and will often yank at his ear when annoyed. The pair continues to pester all other dragons.

Track, her Terrier, was specifically sought out after she heard of how this little beast was known for terrorizing a place known as "Yorkshire". Alert was brought to her as a peace offering from her now leader Phagus as a method of watching over from above; being infused with magic has given Alert the ability to speak. Hunt, her spaniel, was the former companion of a long-forgotten enemy that followed her after she left the owner's burial site. He refuses to leave her side despite her initial indifference towards him. She loves her assistants, and considers them fellow experts in the field of herding—mayhaps that respect is a reason as to why they refuse to leave her side.
