She doesn't know where she [i]got[/i] that reputation, as she has zero interest in trying to artificially influence anyone's thoughts or feelings. What usually actually happens is someone comes to her looking for potions and won't leave her alone, she sighs because oh, by the deities, [i]another one[/i], great, and relents and invites the relationship-seeker (and possibly the other dragon(s) in question, if they're available) in for some perfectly mundane tea and a frank discussion of what's actually going on between them. More a mediator than a matchmaker, really! That said, on occasion Drusila offers concoctions to be consumed by the seeker, which they might believe will enhance their desirability—but for the sincere they're almost always placebos to help bolster their own confidence, and for those she worries might try to manipulate another, something perhaps a bit more devious...
