If you have several names you would like to see added to the generator and a staff member has not yet responded saying that they've caught up until a certain post, please edit your reply and add the additional names in that way, rather than creating a new post. :-)
If a staff member has already come by sometime after you posted and caught up the list, you should then create a new post for future names, as anything previous to the staff member's catch-up reply will be considered "done."
Tips for having your suggestions be accepted:
- Names must start with a capital letter. All other letters must be lower case.
- Names must not contain special characters. Numbers, spaces, dashes, letters with umlaut's and the like over them are no-nos.
- Names must not contain any foul language, sexual, or racial slurs.
- Names should sound like something a fantasy dragon might be named. Ironwing, Rymar, or Blossom would all be fine. Names like Cyborgalien, Nerfrogues, or Narutoxsasuke probably don't belong in the official generator. (note: You may enter in whatever name you want for your own dragons so long as it's not offensive by typing it out manually. So if you want a "Derpyhooves" dragon, you may do so, but it's probably not a name that belongs in the public random name generator!)
- Names should be easily pronounceable. Names like Enunhtaugh, Sayachgha,and Braultlyye are technically pronounceable, but not very easily. If you have your heart set on Braultlyye, for example, consider changing it to something similar, but easier to understand. Bratilee, Balye, Brult, or Baultilye are all made-up re-spellings that are easier on the tongue and would be more acceptable.
- It's okay to go nuts with adding names, but please be thoughtful. Think to yourself "Is this a good dragon name? Would I be happy if my dragon was named this?"

There would be prefixes and suffixes, so if you entered something like this into the generator -

I'm not too keen on 'fantasy name generator' type names (ie the majority of the random names) they just seem kinda 'ooh hey if you put these letters together it sounds fancy', I like names to have some kind of etymology or meaning.
Should they all be gender-neutral? The generator will be easier to use if they are.
