It's no skin off my nose if something like this gets implemented! However, this is definitely an eye type where I worry that it would really struggle to look like anything much on all non-hatchling, non-spiral dragons.

But I'm concerned about just how limited the applications might be in practice.

I'm of the personal opinion that it shouldn't matter if eyetypes don't show up on dragons with too small of eyes, because that sentiment applies to anything that isn't linebreaking and even applies to eyes already existing. Looking at you, Skydancer females. However, the point of dragons who don't have a sclera naturally is a very good one. Perhaps it could add a sliver of sclera for those who need it, similarly to how the vial of darkened sight works on Mirrors and Banescales?

Niceless has it right. If the merit of all eye types were based on how they appear on Skydancers, Guardians, etc, we would only have what, Primal and Glowing? It's an unfortunate reality of adding a feature to dragons that were design before said feature was even conceived. I like eye types, I like small eyed dragons, I'm fine with the effects of many eye types being mild or simply not showing at all on them, and no I would not want the art redone for larger eyes on those older breeds.
that said yes I want awkward side-eye dragons

Semi-Support. I think this is cute as heck and all but I don't like the idea of it being an eye type. Moreso I think it'd be a cute eye apparel item like the Marva eye apparel items.
[center] [item = wiggly sight] [item = bishoujo observation] [item = spiral daze] [item = beautiful gander]

@Drakaea
The problem with it being only eye apparel is that ancients and hatchlings would be locked out of the feature and couldn't have these eyes, since they can't wear apparel.
I strongly support this being an eye type so as to include ancients. I already have some abberations and a bogsneak hatchling I want to apply it to. I can't do that with apparel.
