I think you are asking for rarer drops to be less rare?
I like how it is now, personally. When I get that apparel drop or Ambush Stone or Familiar I get really happy and know my hard work was worth the effort. Given lootless battles are very annoying, I don't support making rare drops less rare. Sorry~
