Skins and Accents

Not only my first contest here on Flight Rising, but also my first post. XD
Here are my two entries:

Starfall Isles (based off the entire isles)
and

Observations (based off the Observatory)

Welp here's my shot at doing a skin for this round. I'll add another if I get another idea. Felt like trying to make a skin modeled off the Arcanist. Mostly wanted to try to give an illusion of double wings.
