Hey hi sorry for the ping!! Public buy doesn’t work because dragons sent are not recorded, which means there’s no way to show that you really sent those levels!
If you’ve already sent to public buy, please show me a pa/cr record of those dragons being sent to an arcane attendant, I’ll note that down for you separately
If you haven’t sent yet, please send to raffle instead!

Hello there! Unfortunately no, only raffle counts.
This is because there’s a battle term of no bank funded mercs, so any merc order is a private one (even if the person ordering is from arcane). Afterall, we don’t know what they do with those ordered drgaons, they could’ve ended up somewhere else!
