Skins and Accents

[/i] so this is my first attempt at an accent! i may tweak it a bit in the future~ no textures were used and no mirrors were harmed in the making of this accent. (also, for the mods attention, for some reason the image got corrupted when i tried to upload it from my own comp, hence why a friend uploaded it for me. the accent is all mine though!)

Not sure whether this fits as a skin or an accent - to my blind guessing, it looks like 50%, but maybe it's over or under? I was thinking accent when I made it, so that's what I'l list it as, I suppose.
