First ever entry (and very nervous about it), but hey, I had an idea, and after a quick peruse through the entries I haven't seen anyone do it yet, so here goes.
I call it [i]Lava in Retro[/i].

I used blue and purple tones, since most everything uses red tones, but in case that isn't firey enough (and I can understand why) I made a second version which uses more reds and pinks instead.

It's called Obsidian Vein, and is based off of when Lava cools... in this example, the guardian has cooled off, and thus no longer can produce fire, rather, extremely hot air... and smoke. I thought it was a cool idea, at least, and I'm so proud of myself for finishing it! :D (Sorry for using a plague Dragon as an example though... I'll go change it or add more examples..)
All shadow and lines are intact, only tinted in the smoke area, and left alone in others... Sorry if you can't see it that well in the obsidian part- I may have biffed the shading a little much.
