From his skin to the tip of every single strand of fur, his body felt prickly. An irritation unseen but felt. From the start of their trek it began as a weariness that weighed on his back, but the feeling of wrongness that surrounded the caverns begin to get to him.

It felt like his mind was being dragged away from his body as his eyes lost focus for a brief moment, the gummy taste of something clinging to the innards of his throat never once leaving even after however long they've traveled.

His only break was the call of his friend's words that seemed to ring through his ears. A reminder that no, of course they weren't alone, another was in these caves besides friend and Estera.

Naxan gave no reply to his friend, out of sudden fear of the unknown or the exhausted feeling that gave pressure upon his neck. It felt as he was being strangled.

As Kazriel made a sound of alarm, stepping back and checking their surrounding, Naxan felt a freezing waft of air press against his face, yet nothing was there but an almost overseen entrance to another passage.

The tundra grimaced, eyes shifting as he called for his friend in a clogged voice, "Kaz.. There's another passage, even felt cold air." For a moment Naxan tucked into himself, an almost paranoid look crossing his features, "I feel like we're being led on Kazzy.."

His eyes were glossy with barely withheld tears.
